This page describes what personal data KITEX collects when you visit kitex.lv and submit the request form, and how that data is used.
What data we collect
Request form: name, company, e-mail address, your message and the names of attached files. Files entered in the form are not stored — their contents must be sent separately to info@kitex.lv.
Why we use the data
Only to assess your manufacturing request, prepare a quotation and contact you about the next steps of the project. The data is not used for marketing and is not passed to third parties.
Where the data is kept
Submitted data is stored in the KITEX enquiries database and sent to info@kitex.lv. It is processed confidentially and an NDA is available on request.
How long we keep it
We keep the data only for as long as needed to answer the request, carry out the cooperation or meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your personal data, its correction or deletion, and object to further processing. Write to info@kitex.lv or call +371 29296627.
Cookies
kitex.lv does not use analytics or advertising cookies that track visitors across other websites.
