From an idea to a finished, marked part
KITEX provides the complete process from concept and design to a finished, inspected part. Engineering consultation, reverse engineering, CNC machining and toolmaking — all from one partner.
Reverse engineering
Reproduction and documentation of existing parts when the original is no longer made or drawings are unavailable. We create a 3D model and drawing from the physical part and manufacture a replacement.
CNC milling
Precision milling of complex components for industrial equipment, mechanisms and technical applications — from individual parts and fixture sets to finished products for precision engineering.
Combined machining
Manufacturing complex parts that require multiple machining operations.
Wire EDM
EDM for complex shapes, hard and hardened materials and high-precision requirements where mechanical machining is unsuitable. Cutting without mechanical pressure enables thin walls and delicate contours without deformation. Part thickness up to 400 mm, taper cutting up to ±3°. Machine: Acro AWII-540DL.
Toolmaking
Moulds for thermoplastic injection, vacuum forming and casting; cutting dies, bending tools and fixture sets. Engraved dies for leather pressing and wood marking, plus dies for coin minting.
Fiber laser engraving
Permanent marking on metal parts, tools and assemblies: serial and lot numbers, 1D/2D barcodes, data plates, CE marks, QR/DataMatrix codes, measuring scales, identification tags and labels.
Additional processing
Drilling, threading, finishing, assembly and surface treatment.

Parts are manufactured on KITEX CNC equipment and inspected to drawing requirements, with documentation when needed.
